Electronic fuel cap

Protection against losses of fuel under the trade name electronic fuel cap is our innovative solution, in particular gaining a lot of interest in the heavy transport (TIR).

The system continuously communicates wirelessly using RFID (Radio Frequency IDentification) transponder installed in the fuel tank flange. Any interruption of transmission sends a signal by the communicator to the client (fuel cap ON / OFF stopper). The opening of the fuel cap or cut wires when parking the vehicle (with no keys in the ignition) triggers the alarm sound and light in the cab. This way when driver return to the vehicle, he knows when he was away the cap has been opened, while the drivers sleep in the cockpit, loud alarm can wake up the most sleepy.

This way device informs about the exact location and time when I fuel cap was opened and closed, and how long it was lasting. In addition, we can enrich electronic fuel cap in steel strainer theft in which a correctly installed it is not virtually possible to demount and effectively prevents the dropping of fuel.
